When can I preorder?

August 10–20, 2026. Online ordering is available during each participating location’s operational hours only.

When is pickup?

August 21 or 22, 2026, using the available pickup times shown in your selected location’s order flow.

Is delivery available?

No. Summer Platters are pickup only. Delivery submissions are automatically cancelled.

Can I change my pickup date or request a refund?

No. Refunds and pickup-date changes are not permitted after your order is submitted.

How is my platter prepared?

Your platter is prepared fresh on your scheduled pickup morning and kept chilled until you arrive.
